Project overview
Threads is a sustainable thrift pop-up concept built around one idea: every garment begins with a single spool of thread, a symbol of reuse and the lifecycle of clothing. I designed it end to end, from logo, color, and type through to the floor plan, elevations, and final 3D renders of the space.

Concept
Everything in Threads starts with a single spool of thread, a symbol of connection, sustainability, and the way clothing travels from one person to the next through reuse. That one idea drives the whole system, from the logo to the curves of the space.
Objective
Create a precise, broadcast-ready 3D model of the Ventus TR shaft for a 15-second promo, accurate to the real product's proportions, materials, and branding, and built to move under cinematic lighting and camera motion.

Brand Identity
The logo builds straight out of the spool concept, with letterforms that mimic the curves and loops of thread. The mark is constructed from overlapping circles, the same geometry that defines a spool, keeping the connection between concept and form direct and intentional.

Brand System
The palette draws from vintage textiles and natural dye tones: soft cream as the primary neutral, muted teal for sustainability and renewal, warm rust for aged denim and secondhand character, and mustard yellow for energy and discovery. Cooper Hewitt serves as the primary typeface, its clean geometry contrasting with the organic spool-inspired logo to create a balance between structure and softness.
Floor Plan & Elevations
Floor Plan & Elevations
First Draft
Rough sketches mapping out the core sequence and key shots.

Floor Plan
The layout follows curved pathways rather than rigid straight lines, guiding visitors through the space in a natural, continuous loop that reflects the circular lifecycle of clothing.

Front Elevation
The front facade introduces the space with its signature free-form roof, a sculptural structure that resembles a piece of clothing in motion and establishes the brand's concept of flow from the outside.

Side Elevation
The side profile highlights the horizontal movement and open retail format, showing how the sculptural roof carries across the full length of the installation.

Back Elevation
The rear elevation maintains the free-form roofline and open rack layout, keeping the brand's visual language consistent across every face of the structure.
Final Renders
Final Renders
A selection of final 3D renders of the completed Threads pop-up installation.
